The very spacious lounge/diner seats 6 and the lounge area has 2 x 3 seater sofas.

There is a 39" widescreen TV with Sky freeview and a DVD player.

There is a cosy log effect electric heater with backround heating for those chillier nights in autumn.

From the lounge/diner, the french doors lead to the balcony, where on a hot summer day you can choose to eat outdoors from the patio table (seats 4).

From the balcony there are steps that lead down to the lawn and garden area.

Upstairs there are 2 large spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own balcony with the most amazing views over the beach, sea and coastline. Here you can relax on the sun bed/chairs provided.

The second bedroom provides 1 small double and 1 single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, bidget and toilet.
